This video may describe the reason I have shrunk one inch in height the last 10 years. I do sit when I write and I sit at work for long periods of time. I am reminded of this regularly every time I look at the my pedometer and I have only reached 2,500 steps for the day and my goal is 10,000! I have tried to be more heart healthy since my dad passed away and I think I am failing!
