
Turning off his alarm, Tom couldn’t help but think 4 A.M. was coming earlier and earlier every morning. Even if it was his imagination, he was still tired of the early wake-up call. He needed a change and he needed a new job. Finally stumbling to the shower, he let the water wash those sleepy, yet, sober thoughts away. Some days he wanted to climb in his old Jeep and run away. He had nothing holding him here but a job and memories. Those memories held him like an anchor to a dead end story. A story he would love to rewrite chapters to~~ maybe today would be the day…
