The query trenches are not for the faint of heart. They are full of hope, silence, revisions, form rejections, and inbox refreshes that can make even the bravest writer question her sanity. Every submission carries a sliver of possibility, and every pass stings, even when handled with grace.

Still, this is part of the path. Writers query because we believe in the stories we’ve built, the characters who have kept us company, and the readers who might one day find themselves lost in those pages. The process can be frustrating, humbling, and, yes, sometimes rather beastly.

I’m currently seeking representation for my epic fantasy novel, THE LORE OF TANORIA, a reimagined Rapunzel about a girl who escapes her tower when she grows tired of waiting for a prince to save her. It is a story of danger, loyalty, secrets, and a heroine brave enough to change the fate written for her.
